Deanna came to New Zealand in 2008 with a background in the legal field, joining the engineering industry in 2009.
Working on-site along with the Harrow team and managing the day-to-day operations, she focuses on the management of staff, client relations, company promotion and recruitment.
Health , safety and environmental issues are at the front of her focus.
Developing a culture of encouragement, individual / team promotion, along with unparalleled client satisfaction are her goals.
Susan Harding
Susan has been involved in the engineering and construction industries for over 30 years specialising in the successful delivery of projects.
With her concentration on Health & Safety, systems, processes and robust financial controls, she has arrested leakage and optimised outcomes.
Her priorities within Harrow are managing HR, recruitment, financials and compliance activities.
Susan is passionate about engaging and developing the team, improving performance, while promoting excellence in client service.

Jim
Senior Project Manager / Principal Electrical Engineer
Jim project manages multiple electrical and safety related initiatives from concept to post-warranty completion. This includes client liaison, budgeting, project planning, time management, resource planning, testing and implementation. Jim shows outstanding leadership in all aspects of the project life-cycle.
Electrical design of safety and control equipment, while ensuring a high-quality project is completed on schedule and within budget are among Jim’s strengths.
John
Senior Electrical Engineer / Special Projects (SME)
John is a Subject Matter Expert in project management of electrical installations. He specifies and supervises installation of distribution switchboards (MV & HV), VSD (AC & DC), MCC and PLC controllers. Within John’s areas of expertise is MV distribution and developing code for Microsoft Access relational databases and software applications.
He specifies FD for PLC programmes and conducts Power System Audits, providing calculations and recommendations to increase electrical capacity.
Keli
Project Support Manager / SAP Specialist
Keli manages and supports project engineers and technical support staff overseeing project administration, reporting and analysis of engineering projects.
With her extensive SAP expertise, Keli will proficiently manage project cost and spend, resource management, reporting and planning-related functions.
